Medical Provider Autism Awareness Packet

Medical Autism Autism Awareness Packet

Each year the Autism Society of Maine (ASM) provides autism awareness packets during the month of April, which is Autism Awareness Month. These packets are to help you to support children, adults and families impacted by Autism. We want you to know that ASM and in particular our Autism Information Specialists are available to help families at all stages of development, from first receiving the diagnosis through transition to adult services or independent living. There is no charge for these services.

If you would like a Medical Provider packet sent to you, please call ASM: 1-800-273-5200 or Email:

Materials in the Medical Provider Autism Awareness Packet can be copied.

Please use this link to complete a survey  regarding your awareness packet, The survey has only 6 questions and will help us to create awareness packets that may be more useful to you. ASM may follow up with you after Awareness month if we do not receive a response.
