ASM Family Retreat (July 17th – 19th, 2009 in Biddeford, ME)
Each year the Autism Society of Maine has a fun filled Family Retreat Weekend at the University of New England in Biddeford. A place where y ou don't have to explain why their child doesn't talk, can't wait in line, or has temper-tantrums. No one stares at you or wonders what's wrong with your child. Our weekend is a place where families come together to laugh and cry. Each year the retreat has a theme. Past year's themes have been, pirates, cowboys, and animals.

Ride for Autism – Break the Cycle (July 18th, 2009)
The Autism Society's Ride For Autism is scheduled for July 18th, 2009 and will be located at the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust in Kennebunkport, Maine.
You can register, donate or sponsor a rider using our secure registration form. Printed Registration forms are also available by contacting the Autism Society of Maine at 1-800-273-5200 or by downloading our PDF brochure. There will be a minimum registration fee of $25.
Both the 50K and 75K bike routes are generally flat, scenic, loops along the beautiful Southern Maine coast. The course roads will not be closed to traffic so cyclists are required to obey the rules of the road and are reminded to use extreme caution in high traffic areas
